book box support brackets - 14 ga. steel
Frame assembly
Upper legs are welded to the book box support brackets. The legs are fully adjustable in one inch increments by sliding the lower lef inserts into the upper legs and tightening a screw. The lower leg inserts are fitted with adjustable nylon glides for leveling.
Book box construction
Book box is constructed of 20 ga. drawn steel with the edges curled for safety. The book box is embossed on all four sides and bottom for added strength and stability. Book box measures 21-1/2" wide x 15-2/4" long x 4-1/2" deep. Book box is riveted to the support brackets. Desk top is attached to book box using a piano hinge and two heavy duty controls. A full length pencil tray is welded to the inside of the book box.
